Solutions is designed to produce liquid particles with a diameter
of about 28 microns and a spraying width of 1-3mm through a
frequency of 40K and an airflow channel. It can meet various
spraying requirements such as area, thickness, and smoothness.

Depending on the diameter and length of the test tube, FUNSONIC has
multiple nozzle and length configurations. The common application
is to spray the silica coating to accelerate coagulation. The
silica slurry decomposes any silica aggregates through the
vibration of the long nozzle nozzle, and sprays the atomized spray
onto the wall of the coating area at the bottom of the BCT or
syringe cylinder instead of coating the entire tube, so that the
coating position can be more accurately controlled.
